We’re pleased to release the next episode of the Dandelion podcast 🎧

Conor Cregg is a coach, counsellor and group process facilitator who runs retreats and workshops for men via the Psychedelic Society's Soulful Masculinity activity, and on sexuality via the organisation Sex Club.

In this episode, Conor discusses his background in psychology, his journey towards the embodied and spiritual, and what goes on at his retreats. He emphasises the importance of presence, vulnerability, and creating safe yet brave spaces for people to share openly and honestly about their experiences.

It's clear that Conor's work extends far beyond the realm of traditional coaching or therapy. By creating immersive, experiential spaces that encourage real authenticity, he helps participants break barriers, challenge societal norms, and embrace their true selves:
